The Price Observatory website meets the accessibility criteria outlined in the UNE 139803:2004 standard. This regulation establishes a series of characteristics with which all websites must comply if they are to be accessible. It also serves as the basis for the ICT Accessibility Certification (web accessibility) currently in effect in Spain.
The pages of this website satisfy all priority-2 checkpoints (level AA conformance) defined in the specification of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 1.0) by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
The Price Observatory website has been designed to comply with current regulations and standards in relation to accessibility, for which purpose the publication of all new content is previously reviewed. Some specific pages, due to their georeferenced content, have slight problems in attaining the required accessibility level; however the information displayed therein is also available on other pages in the website.
